Commercial and service building in Natz-Schabs

EUT was commissioned to develop and plan a modern commercial and service building with three production floors and two service floors, including the outdoor facilities. The excavation directly adjacent to existing commercial buildings was secured with nail walls up to 25 m high. The building was constructed using prefabricated elements with thermal walls in exposed concrete look and prefabricated ceiling elements with hollow cores.
